At every birth, two people are born, a baby and a mother.

I have worked in the health and care industry for over a decade fulfilling various roles both in Portugal and in the UK, which has given me the necessary experience to help you navigate the options available within our health system and a unique understanding of the challenges you can face during your journey into parenthood.

I can help you through all the stages and through all of the steps and support you to navigate the system so you can have a positive birth and postnatal stages.

I have experience advocating on behalf of my clients and I am enthusiastic about empowering you to follow your own path regardless of your circumstances.

I am currently studying Perinatal Education and Practice at the University of Worcester (NCT), meaning that I am fully up to date with the latest evidence-based information around all topics relevant to birth and the first year of life which you will learn with me as your doula.​

I am part of Doula UK, Cambridgeshire Doulas and Peterborough Doulas.

​

My aim is to support you, independent of your beliefs or background through your unique journey.

I support all types of births, VBAC, HVBAC, home births, hospital / MLU / birth centre and caesarean births.

​

I am living in Cambridgeshire but I support people in Cambridge and across East Anglia (Suffolk, Essex, Cambridgeshire and Norfolk).
